Demo status: This is a prototype WhatsApp AI receptionist for testing and demonstration. It is not currently a live dental clinic service. Please do not send medical records, health information, payment card details, or other sensitive personal data.

Who operates this demo

Information processed

When an authorized tester uses this demo, it may process their WhatsApp phone number, messages, delivery identifiers and status information, AI-generated responses, and any simulated appointment details they choose to provide. Technical logs and security information may also be processed to maintain the service.

Purposes

We use this information to receive and respond to test WhatsApp messages, demonstrate receptionist functions, troubleshoot issues, protect the service, and evaluate the prototype. No real patient treatment or medical advice is provided.

Services involved

Data may be processed through Meta/WhatsApp (messaging delivery), Cloudflare (webhook reception and security), n8n (workflow automation), and OpenAI (AI-generated responses). Each provider may process data under its applicable terms and policies. Processing or storage may occur outside the user's country.

Retention and deletion

Test messages and related execution or application logs may remain in the services above until deleted according to the demo operator's configured retention and cleanup procedures. Do not assume messages disappear immediately after a conversation. To request deletion of data under the operator's control, use the contact below or the data-deletion instructions. Data held independently by WhatsApp or other providers may be subject to their own retention policies.

Sharing and security

We do not claim to sell tester messages. Data is shared with service providers as needed to operate the prototype. Reasonable access controls and signature checks are used during testing, but no internet-connected service is completely risk-free; this demo is not approved for sensitive patient information.

Your choices

Participation in testing is voluntary. Testers can stop messaging the demo and contact the operator to request access, correction, or deletion of information under the operator's control, subject to applicable obligations and technical limitations.
